information regarding ordering. It simply explains how we do things at Addicted
2 Tungsten that could help your ordering process. Please make sure that
your e-mail account is configured to accept e-mail from

keep in mind that we periodically send out group e-mails to our customers
with current orders in house to update them on the progress of their order. |

| Once
your order has been processed, it will then be shipped via US Postal Service
"Priority Mail" (2-3 Day Delivery) with insurance and a delivery confirmation.

| Will my
order be processed in real-time upon processing? |
| Yes,
we process all orders in real-time once the order has been submitted to
ensure a successful transaction prior to shipping. |

| Why do you
ship using the U.S. Postal Service instead of UPS or FEDEX? |
| We
have found that the USPS provides better service and their rates are a
little lower even after adding insurance. To add, their delivery time is
close to what is advertised! However, if requested, we can certainly ship
via UPS or FedEx ... you'll just have to request it in the "Comments" text
box when you check out and there may be additional fees applied in doing
so. |

| How much
is shipping? |
We
use a "flat rate" method based on the dollar amount of your order. If your
order totals less than $50.00, a shipping charge of $6.75
will be incurred. Otherwise, your shipping is FREE
for all orders originating in the United States.

| Do you charge
tax on orders? |
| At
this time, only Georgia county tax rates will be applied upon ordering. |
